4.3. Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. If available, to monitor the progress of your package. 

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 1 day of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. 

5.2. Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria. 

5.3. Refunds will not be issued. We will allow store credit and that is case by case.
